DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


On 13 June 2018 the Company received notification that Exdiem Trust had sold 614,498 shares in the Company
on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The shares were sold between 6 June 2018 and 8 June 2018 at an average
price of ZAR 9.02 per share, equivalent to approximately 51.1 pence per share based on an exchange rate of
17.67 ZAR to 1 GBP at 13 June 2018.

Exdiem Trust is a connected party of Louis Norval, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, although he
does not have a beneficial interest in the entity.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
