This notice is in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and section 122(3) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended (“the Act”).

Shareholders are advised that the company received formal notification on 6 June 2018, that
Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers Limited have, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the
shares of the company, such that it now holds 5.06% of the total issued ordinary shares.
