                              RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that SecCorp Secretarial Services Proprietary Limited (“SecCorp”) has resigned as
Fairvest’s company secretary with immediate effect. The board would like to thank SecCorp for their
contribution to the Company.

The board of Fairvest will commence a process of identifying a suitable replacement candidate and
shareholders will be advised as soon as such appointment has been made.
