POTENTIAL TRANSACTIONS: INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

Shareholders of Metair (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS
on Friday, 1 June 2018, in terms of which Shareholders were advised of:

-    the potential acquisition by Metair of Tovarna Akumulatorskih Baterij d.d., a manufacturer of batteries
     based in Mežica, Slovenia within the European Union (the “Potential Transaction”); and

-    the potential disposal by Metair of a 30% direct shareholding in Metair’s Automotive Components
     vertical to a black female owned empowerment partner (the “Potential BEE Transaction”).

Shareholders are further advised that the Company will hold a conference call at 16h00 on Monday,
4 June 2018 (“Conference Call”), the purpose of which is to provide Shareholders with details pertaining to
the Potential Transaction and the Potential BEE Transaction.

Shareholders which are interested in participating in the Conference Call must please use the link below to

Call, you will not be able to participate therein.
