DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Shareholders are referred to Acsion’s summarised provisional consolidated results for the year ended
28 February 2018 released on SENS on 30 May 2018, wherein the board of directors had decided to
propose a dividend of 25 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2018 (2017: 12.5 cents).

The board of directors are now in a position to confirm the declaration of a gross dividend of 25 cents
per share. The dividend has been declared out of income reserves.

In compliance with the requirements of Strate, the Company has determined the following salient
dates for the payment of the dividend:

Last day to trade cum dividend:                  Tuesday, 17 July 2018
Shares commence trading ex-dividend:             Wednesday, 18 July 2018
Record date:                                     Friday, 20 July 2018
Payment date:                                    Monday, 23 July 2018

Shares may not be rematerialised or dematerialised from Wednesday, 18 July 2018 to Friday, 20 July
2018, both days inclusive.

The dividend is subject to dividends tax at 20%. The net dividend amount is 20.00 cents per share for
shareholders who are not exempt from dividend tax.

The amount of shares in issue at the date of this declaration is 394 959 976 and the company's tax
reference number is 9794017161.
