CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that Mr Leon Rauch has resigned as a director
of Visual with effect from 31 May 2018.

The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr Rauch for his contribution to the Company
