The independent board of directors of Murray & Roberts (“Independent Board”) will consider the contents of the aforementioned announcement by ATON. The Independent Board notes that the Increased Offer Price is still below the low end of the Independent Board’s fair value range of R20.00 to R22.00 per Murray & Roberts share.
