SANRAL hereby advises Noteholders that the submission deadline for proxy forms has been amended from 24 hours before the Adjourned Meeting, to 48 hours before the Adjourned Meeting, being no later than 09:00 on Monday, 4 June 2018 (“Deadline”). Noteholders are requested to submit their completed proxy form, through their CSDP, to the Transfer Agent and to also provide Nedbank Limited, acting through its Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking division, in its capacity as the Arranger, with a copy of the signed proxy form, by email to NswanaM@Nedbank.co.za. Should a Noteholder fail to submit the proxy form by the Deadline, a proxy form may be handed to the chairperson of the Adjourned Meeting before the appointed proxy can exercise any rights of the Noteholder at the Adjourned Meeting.
