regarding an acquisition which, if successfully concluded, would, based
on the indicative transaction value, qualify as a Category 2 transaction
under the JSE Listings Requirements, not requiring shareholder approval.

The conclusion of this acquisition may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
full announcement is made.
