UPDATE TO CONDITIONAL VOLUNTARY OFFER BY RECM AND CALIBRE LIMITED (“RAC”) TO ACQUIRE ALL OF THE ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES 
OF ASTORIA AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by RAC on SENS on 17 May 2018 advising that RAC has
been delayed in the posting of the offer document to Astoria shareholders. RAC has not indicated when it will post its
offer document and, pending further updates, Astoria shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the shares of Astoria.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and a
secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
