UPDATE ON THE FORM OF PROXY AND CONFIRMATION OF TIME OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the form of proxy forming part of the notice of annual general meeting
(“AGM”) which was posted to shareholders on Thursday, 26 April 2018, and are advised that the time of
AGM appearing on the form of proxy should be 15:00 on Tuesday, 29 May 2018 South African time and
not 10:00 as incorrectly indicated.

Shareholders are reminded that forms of proxies should be lodged at, or posted to the Company’s transfer
secretaries, Link Market Services South Africa (Pty) Ltd, 13th Floor, 19 Ameshoff Street, Braamfontein
2001 (PO Box 4844, Johannesburg, 2000) or e-mailed to meetfax@linkmarketservices.co.za by Friday,
25 May 2018 to facilitate administration. Alternatively, the form of proxy may be handed to the chairman
of the AGM or the transfer secretaries at any time prior to the commencement of the AGM or prior to
voting on any resolution proposed at the AGM.
