AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTOR INTERIM RESULTS

Prospective bondholders are advised that the interim results of Transaction Capital Limited (“the Guarantor”)
for the period ended 31 March 2018 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The interim results of the Guarantor have also been made available on the Guarantor’s website at
www.transactioncapital.co.za.

The interim results set out that the provisional accounting for acquisitions made by the Guarantor during the
previous year was finalised in December 2017. The fair value accounting of contingent consideration relating to
the acquisition of Recoveries Corporation Group Limited in Australia was restated from R100 million to
R70 million in terms of IFRS 3.
