Further to the SENS announcement released on 22 December 2017 advising of the resignation
of Benjamin Swanepoel as company secretary of SA Corporate, shareholders are advised that
Kilgetty Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as company secretary on an interim
basis, until such time as a permanent appointment is made.

The appointment is effective from 14 May 2018.
