Resignation of non-executive director

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements shareholders are advised that Mr James Brown, non-
executive director of HAHL, has retired as CFO of the global
Howden organisation. Following that decision Mr James Brown
will be resigning from HAHL effective 30 May 2018.

The Board would like to thank Mr. James Brown for his valuable
contributions to HAHL and for his dedication, commitment and
leadership to HAHL and wishes him the best in his future
endeavours.
