GENERAL REPURCHASE OF SHARES ANNOUNCEMENT

Introduction

The board of directors of the company (the “Board”) refers shareholders to the
announcements released on SENS on 15 November 2017 and 4 May 2018 which
advised on the repurchase of shares on a cumulative bases to date. Shareholders are
advised of the following additional information in relation to the further 14 487 210
ordinary shares repurchased between 15 November 2017 to 3 May 2018, which
represents 3.09% of the company’s issued share capital at an average purchase price of
89.9 c per share, in terms of the general authority granted by shareholders at the annual
general meeting held on Wednesday 28th June 2017.
