AMI Big50 ex-SA ETF
JSE code: AMIB50

(“AMI Big50 ex-SA”)

VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT - CHANGE IN AUDITOR

Unit holders of AMI BIG50 ex-SA securities are referred to the announcement release on SENS on 2
May 2018 in respect of the late submission of Annual Financial Statements of the Cloud Atlas
Collective Investments Scheme in Securities ("CA CISIS") for the period ending 31 December 2017
("2017 Annual Financial Statements").

The reason for the above late submission of the 2017 Annual Financial Statements is due to
termination of the relationship between KPMG and Cloud Atlas (RF) Pty Ltd on 01 February 2018.

Unit holders are further advised that Ernst & Young Inc have been approved effective from 25 April
2018 as Auditors for Cloud Atlas (RF) Pty Ltd and the various portfolios within the CA CISIS.

The change in auditors was a disruption and hampered the issuing of the above-mentioned 2017
Annual Financial Statements.

The 2017 Annual Financial Statements will be released on SENS on or prior to 31 May 2018.
