Primeserv accordingly advises that management’s review of the financial results expected for the 12 months ended 31 March 2018 has indicated that Primeserv will reflect earnings per share of between 21.32 cents per share and 22.04 cents per share, in comparison to earnings per share of 17.77 cents per share, and headline earnings per share of between 22.11 cents per share and 23.05 cents per share in comparison to headline earnings per share of 18.74 cents for the 12 months ended 31 March 2017. This represents an increase in earnings per share of between 20% and 24%, and an increase in headline earnings per share of between 18% and 23%. The financial results on which this trading statement has been based have not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s auditors.
