CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are informed of
the change to the Trustco board of directors (“Board”) as set out below.



Resignation

Due to time pressures at his own practice, Mr Jabulani (Jabu) Mahlangu notified the Board of his resignation
as a non-executive director of the Company on 20 April 2018, which will take place with immediate effect. Mr
J Mahlangu has served on the Board since 4 February 2013 and has made a significant contribution to the
Trustco group. The Board thanks Mr Mahlangu for his valuable contribution during his tenure as a non-
executive director.
