CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Laurence Cohen, Hyprop’s financial director, has resigned from the Company
and the Board, with effect from 1 August 2018, to pursue personal interests.

Laurence has made a significant contribution during his tenure at Hyprop for which the Board offers him its
sincere thanks and it wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The appointment of a new financial director will be announced in due course.
