Results of the Odd-Lot Offer and Specific Repurchase ELB GROUP LIMITED Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (Registration number 1930/002553/06) ISIN: ZAE000035101 JSE Code: ELR (“ELB” or “the Company”) RESULTS OF THE ODD-LOT OFFER AND SPECIFIC REPURCHASE Shareholders are referred to the circular, dated 12 February 2018, and the finalisation announcement, dated 23 March 2018, containing salient information in respect of: • an odd-lot offer by the Company to repurchase the ordinary shares from shareholders holding less than 100 ordinary shares at R19.02 per share (“the Odd-lot Offer”); and • a specific offer by the Company to repurchase the ordinary shares from shareholders holding between 100 and 500 ordinary shares (inclusive) at R19.97 cents per share (“the Specific Repurchase”), (collectively “the Offers”). Effect on share capital: The total number of shares repurchased by ELB in terms of the Offers amounted to 15 685 shares (0.05% of the current total number of shares in issue). Cancellation of shares: The shares acquired by the Company in terms of the Offers will be cancelled and accordingly the number of ordinary shares in issue will decrease by 15 685 ordinary shares to 32 502 894 ordinary shares.
