No Change Statement

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Sea Harvest integrated report for the year ended
31 December 2017, incorporating the notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM”)
(“the Integrated Report”), has been distributed today. The Integrated Report and the consolidated
annual financial statements of Sea Harvest for the year ended 31 December 2017 are available on the
Company’s website www.seaharvest.co.za.

The Integrated Report contains no modifications to the audited summarised consolidated annual
financial results published on SENS on 6 March 2018 or the independent external auditors report in
respect thereof. The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their
unmodified audit report is available for inspection at Sea Harvest’s registered office.


Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that Sea Harvest's AGM will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 8 May 2018 at the
Vineyard Hotel, Colinton Road, Newlands, Cape Town to conduct the business as stated in the notice
of AGM.

The record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to participate in and
vote at the AGM is Thursday, 26 April 2018. Accordingly, the last date to trade in the shares of the
Company in order to be recorded in the register by the record date is Monday, 23 April 2018.


B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report

In compliance with paragraph 16.20(g) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Sea Harvest’s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Act has been submitted to the Commissioner and is available on the
Company’s website.
