ESTIMATED NET ASSET VALUE PER SHARE FOR THE QUARTER ENDED 31 MARCH 2018


Astoria will be releasing its financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2018 on or about 23 April 2018 
and the board of directors of Astoria wishes to provide the market with an update of the estimated net asset 
value per Astoria share (“NAV”).

The estimated unaudited NAV per Astoria share as at 31 March 2018 is USD 1.20. This is subject to confirmation 
in the financial results announcement for the quarter ended 31 March 2018 expected to be published on or about 
23 April 2018.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Alternative Exchange of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange. In addition, Astoria has a secondary listing on the main board of the NSX.
