granted on 5 April 2015 which have vested on 29 March 2018. The BSP’s are
subject to a 3 year holding period and the PSP are subject to the
achievement of agreed targets. Details of the schemes are contained in the
Remuneration Report contained within the 2015 Integrated Report.
