NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SHARES
Shareholders are advised that Astoria received notification on 16 March 2018 from Livingstone Investments (Pty) Ltd
(“Livingstone”) pursuant to section 90 and 91 of the Securities Act 2005 (Mauritius) and Rules 11 and 12 of the
Securities (Disclosure Obligations of Reporting Issuers) Rule 2007, that the acquisition on 14 March 2018 by
Livingstone of Astoria’s shares, such that Livingstone now holds 28.11% of Astoria’s issued shares.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and a
secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
