CORRECTION OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF 1 MARCH 2018 RELATING TO DEALINGS IN
SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR


Shareholders were advised in the SENS announcement of 1 March 2018
that a director, Brent Gerard Kairuz, had acquired 100 million
shares from the underwriters at 2 cents per share for R 2,0 million
in an off-market transaction.

Brent has however subsequently advised the Company that his
discussions with the underwriters were not concluded by
28 February 2018, and as a closed period commenced on 1 March 2018,
he did not acquire any shares from the underwriters. Discussions
may re-commence after the closed period.
