RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 1 February 2018 advising that
the Company has received a non-binding expression of interest (“EOI”) which could possibly result
in an offer being made to shareholders. Subsequent to that announcement, further non-binding
EOIs have been received by the Company.

Shareholders are advised that whilst discussions are continuing, they do not at present represent an
intention to make an offer in terms of the Companies Act, 2008, and shareholders are accordingly
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares until further announcements in
this regard are made.
