RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER AND CONVERSION RATIO OF THE STANLIB MSCI WORLD INDEX
FEEDER ETF


Further to the announcement published on SENS on 16 February 2018 regarding the listing approval and
initial offer of ETFWORLD securities, cash subscriptions in the amount of R6,984,000 were received. One
letter of allocation (“LA”) was issued for every Rand subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker account
and the corresponding Rand amount debited.

STRATE will convert the LA to ETFWORLD securities in the subscriber’s CSDP or broker accounts in terms
of the conversion ratio of 0.030638602520046 ETFWORLD securities per 1 LA issued.

Accordingly, a total of 213,979 ETFWORLD securities will be issued to list in the “Exchange Traded Funds”
sector of the Main Board of the JSE, subject to JSE approval, at an issue price of approximately R32.64
per security, with effect from the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 14 March 2018.
