CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Myles Kritzinger has been appointed as an Executive Director and the
Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 9 March 2018. Myles has also been appointed as a
member of the Company’s Social and Ethics Committee.

Myles is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BCom (Acc) Hons Degree from the University of
Johannesburg, a Diploma in Insolvency Law (SARIPA) through the University of Pretoria and is a FAIS
Key Individual. He joined International Housing Solutions (Pty) Ltd in 2014 as a deal maker and is currently
involved in new fund development.

Myles completed his articles at Deloitte in 2011 and remained as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting until
2013. During his time at Deloitte Consulting he worked as a financial analyst for Absa Capital and Absa
Retail banks. Myles also spent time at Nimble Group between 2013 and 2014, where he was involved in both
business rescue and corporate finance.

The Board welcomes Myles and looks forward to his contributions to the Company.
