HOUSTON, March 7, 2018 - Erin Energy Corporation (Erin Energy or the Company) (NYSE
American:ERN) (JSE:ERN) has scheduled release of its 2017 fourth-quarterly results and filing of its 2017
annual report on Form 10-K to occur after close of market on Thursday, March 15, 2018. The Company
will host a conference call on Friday, March 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. CT (11:00 a.m. ET) to discuss the
results and update its current operations.
