SHAREHOLDERS WRITTEN RESOLUTION: ELECTION OF DIRECTOR


Shareholders are advised that, following the distribution of a resolution in writing to New Frontier shareholders on 2
March 2018 in terms of section 117 of the Companies Act, 2001 of Mauritius, such resolution was passed by the requisite
number of New Frontier shareholders on 2 March 2018, thereby confirming the election of Mr George Titan as a director
of the Company with effect from 26 February 2018.

Details of the voting by way of written resolution are as follows:

1. total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted by way of written resolution: 160,935,407; and
2. total number of New Frontier shares that voted in favour of written resolution: 134,257,474, being 83.42% of the
   total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted by way of written resolution.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
