Update in relation to the proposed disposal of shares in GetBucks to related parties

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 December 2017 regarding the
proposed disposal by Brainworks Capital Management Private Limited and GetSure Life Assurance Private
Limited, being wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, of a portion of their shareholding in GetBucks
Microfinance Bank Limited, to associates of certain previous directors of the Company (“the Proposed
Transaction”).

Shareholders are advised that the Company is in the process of finalising a circular to shareholders,
prepared in terms of the Listings Requirements, and containing a notice of a general meeting of
shareholders in order for shareholders to consider and, if deemed fit, approve the Proposed Transaction
(“the Circular”). The Circular is expected to be posted to shareholders on or before 30 March 2018.
