RESULTS OF RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the circular dated 8 February 2018 and
the announcement released on SENS on 21 February 2018 wherein
Shareholders were advised that the underwriters had agreed to fully
underwrite the rights offer from R10 million to R15 million upon
the same terms and conditions as in the rights offer circular.
Shareholders are advised that the rights offer was fully
underwritten by Brits Engineering Industries Proprietary Limited,
Holistics Remedies Proprietary Limited and SA Madiba Investments
Proprietary Limited in terms of which they agreed to underwrite the
allotment and issue of the 750 000 000 new ordinary no par value
shares at a subscription price of 2 cents per rights share in the
ratio of 118.28921 rights shares for every 100 Imbalie Beauty
shares.
Shareholders are advised that, following the close of the Rights
Offer on Friday, 23 February 2018, 71 675 957 rights shares,
representing 9.56% of the total rights shares, were subscribed for.
The remaining 90.44% of the total rights shares will be issued to
the underwriters.
The CSDP or broker accounts of holders of Dematerialised Shares have
been credited with Rights Shares on Monday, 26 February 2018.
