RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Friday, 23 February 2018 (in terms of the
notice of general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 25 January 2018), all of the resolutions tabled at the meeting
were passed by the requisite majority of Astoria shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the general meeting are as follows:

-     total number of Astoria shares that could have been voted at the general meeting: 122,981,479
-     total number of Astoria shares that were present/represented at the general meeting: 79,079,421, being 64.30% of
      total number of Astoria shares that could have been voted at the general meeting.

Ordinary Resolution 1: Approval of the amendments to the Investment Management Agreement and adoption of the
amended Investment Management Agreement
