 RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

 Shareholders are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the Company held
 today, 23 February 2018 at the Le Bac Estate, R45 Noorderpaarl, Paarl, the following resolutions
 set out in the notice of AGM, were passed by the requisite majorities of Quantum Foods shareholders.
