In compliance with paragraphs 3.86 and Section 22 of the Listings Requirements of the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised that their current Auditors, Grant
Thornton Cape Inc. is undergoing a name change.

The new entity will be changed to BDO Cape Incorporated. This name change will be
lodged with CIPC on or about 22 February 2018.

Shareholders are advised that there has also been a change in the designated auditor to
Mr Craig Kilian.
