In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Allan Pellow, an independent non-executive director of Brikor, has been
appointed as Chairman of the board with effect from 21 February 2018.

The board wishes Allan well in his new appointment.
