CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that lead independent non-executive director, Oliver Fortuin, has resigned from the
board of directors of Ellies (“Board”) with effect from 30 June 2018, due to increased demands on his time
from his current employer.

The Board would like to thank Oliver for his significant contribution and leadership to the company and
wishes him all the best for his further endeavours.

An announcement regarding the appointment of a new lead independent non-executive director will be
released in due course.
