CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY


Shareholders are advised that Ms Babalwa Ngonyama has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director to the board of directors of Vukile with effect from 12 February 2018.

Babalwa is the Chief Executive Officer of Sinayo Securities Proprietary Limited, a female owned and
managed business. Babalwa is a graduate of the University of Transkei and qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1999. Her academic qualifications also include a Masters of Business Administration from
Bond University and a Higher Diploma in Banking Law from Rand Afrikaans University.

Babalwa currently serves on the boards of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Limited (“Aspen”), Impala Platinum
Holdings Limited, Clover Industries Limited (“Clover”) and Efficient Group Limited. She chairs both the
Aspen and Clover Audit Committees.

The board of directors of Vukile welcome Babalwa and looks forward to her contribution to the company.
