CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that, as of yesterday, Mr Dave Lange has resigned from the board and will step down as chief
financial officer and executive director of the Company with effect from 8 March 2018. The board would like to thank
Dave for his valuable contribution to the Company and for the critical role he played in the listing of Transcend in
2016. The board wishes Dave well with his future endeavours and would like to reassure shareholders that sufficient
staff, systems and processes are in place to provide continuity within the finance function of Transcend.

The Company has identified a suitable candidate and will announce the identity of the new chief financial officer in
due course once the appointment has been confirmed by the board.
