Change to the Board of Directors

Adcock Ingram’s shareholders are hereby notified that Mr Michael “Motty” Sacks has tendered his resignation
as a non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk and Sustainability, HR,
Remuneration and Nominations, as well as the Acquisitions Committee with effect from Monday, 29 January
2018.

Mr Sacks was elected as an independent non-executive director of Adcock Ingram on 25 February 2014 and
subsequently became the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of various other Board Committees.

Motty’s independence of mind, guidance, experience and business acumen since joining the Board have been
invaluable to the Company. The Board and Company are grateful to Mr Sacks for his extraordinary contribution
and particularly his leadership of the Audit Committee, which he led with distinction.

The Board wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board of Directors of Adcock Ingram will make an announcement regarding the Chairmanship of the Audit
Committee in due course.
