Loan Agreement and Board Changes


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 16 January 2018 wherein
shareholders were advised that Central Rand Gold had entered into a new loan agreement with
Mr Jia Bang Wang for funding in the amount of US$300,000 (“Loan”) and notified of certain changes to
the board of directors the of Company. Shareholders are hereby provided with an update thereto.

Loan Agreement

Shareholders are advised that the Company has received the first tranche of the Loan in the amount of
£46,650.

Board Changes

The Board hereby confirms the following effective dates in terms of the changes to the Board
announced on SENS on 16 January 2018:

-   The appointments of Mr Li Pin Wang and Mr Weifan (“William”) Zhuang as Non-executive director and
    Executive director respectively are effective from 16 January 2018.

-   The resignations of Mr Simon Charles (Non-executive director), Mr James Normand (Non-executive
    director) and Mr John Treacy (Non-executive director) are effective from 26 January 2018.

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, shareholders are further
advised that Mr Li Pin Wang has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company with effect from
26 January 2018.
