UPDATE TO THE REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES REGARDING THE SCHEME



Buildmax Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 January 2018 (“the
Announcement”).

The date after which Buildmax Shares may not be dematerialised or rematerialised is the Scheme LDT,
which is Tuesday, 30 January 2018 as opposed to Tuesday, 23 January 2018 as was indicated in the
footnote to the Announcement.
