Changes To The Board Of Directors Of The Manager Of The Fund Oasis Crescent Property Fund (A property fund created under the Oasis Crescent Property Trust Scheme registered in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act (Act 45 of 2002) having REIT status with the JSE Share code: OAS ISIN: ZAE000074332 (“the Fund”) CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MANAGER OF THE FUND In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), unitholders of the Fund are hereby advised that Mr Abduraghman Mayman has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the board of directors of Oasis Crescent Property Fund Managers Limited, the manager of the Fund, with effect from Friday, 19 January 2018, being the date on which his appointment was approved by the Financial Services Board. Abduraghman (Manie) Mayman was appointed the chief financial officer of Media24 in January 2014. He is a chartered accountant and holds the qualifications Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt), Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science (BComptHons) and Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from Unisa as well as a Certificate in Retail Marketing of Petroleum Products from the College of Petroleum and Energy Studies in Oxford. He also completed the University of Cape Town’s Programme for Management Development, as well as the JMW Manager of the Future Programme. He is a former financial director of BP Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd. In September 2007 he was appointed as chief financial officer of Media24. He left the company and returned in 2011 as chief financial officer for Media24 Newspapers. He has been appointed as a director of Media24 in January 2014.
