Shareholders are advised that the Board has resolved to change the frequency of dividend declarations and payments from quarterly for the three months ended 30 September, 31 December, 31 March and 30 June of each year, to biannual dividends for the six months ended 31 March and 30 September of each year, with immediate effect. The Board believes it to be in the best interest of shareholders to align the dividend payments with that of other South African listed REITS. Accordingly, dividends shall be declared for the six months ending 31 March 2018 and 30 September 2018, in accordance with the revised dividend timetable set out below.
