PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTS TO THE BASE PROSPECTUSES IN RESPECT OF
NOTES AND CERTIFICATES IN RELATION TO THE NOTE, WARRANT AND CERTIFICATE
PROGRAMME (The “Programme”)


The Issuers prepared the fourth supplement dated 12 December 2017 (the
"Fourth Supplement in respect of Notes") which is supplemental to, and
should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated 7 June 2017
(the "Base Prospectus in respect of Notes"), in respect of Notes issued
under the Programme.

The Issuers prepared the fourth supplement dated 12 December 2017 (the
"Fourth Supplement in respect of Certificates") which is supplemental
to, and should be read in conjunction with, the base prospectus dated
7 June 2017 (the "Base Prospectus in respect of Certificates"), in
respect of Certificates issued under the Programme.

The Fourth Supplement in respect of Notes and the Fourth Supplement in
respect of Certificates, are collectively referred to as the
“Supplements”.
