DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT – PERIOD ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2017 The manager and trustee have resolved to make a distribution to holders of SYGP securities recorded in the register on Friday, 29 December 2017 in respect of the period ended 31 December 2017. Details of the distribution are set out below: - The net distribution payable to holders will be an amount in ZAR equivalent to USD 0.00848 (zero point eight four eight cents) per SYGP security (the “USD distribution amount”). - The USD distribution amount will be converted to ZAR at the exchange rate prevailing on or about 11 January 2018, details of which will be released on SENS on or about 12 January 2018. - The distribution will be paid to holders on or about 15 January 2018. - The breakdown of the amount will announced together with the exchange rate.
