GPI ENGAGEMENT WITH SHAREHOLDERS

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 8 December 2017,
GPI   invites  those   shareholders   who  voted   against   the
remuneration policy and the implementation of the remuneration
policy at the annual general meeting of GPI held on 7 December
2017 (“dissenting shareholders”) to engage with the Company as
follows:

1. a telephone conference has been arranged for 24 January 2018
from 10:00 to 12:00(SA time);

2. all dissenting shareholders to confirm their participation
to Shaun Barends by e-mail at sbarends@grandparade.co.za by no
later than close of business on 22 January 2017. Dial-in details
for the telephone conference will then be provided; and

3. dissenting shareholders are further invited to forward their
concerns/questions   on  the   remuneration   policy  and   the
implementation thereof to Shaun Barends in writing by close of
business on 19 January 2018.
