PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES


NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 400,.000 NewGold Debentures
following the redemption of approximately 3,794.835 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.


After the de-listing, there will be 104,277,939 NewGold Debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 989,294.038 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
