INTRODUCTION With reference to the SENS announcement dated 27 October 2017, Ansys is pleased to advise its shareholders that the group has entered into a sale agreement with the shareholders (the “Sellers”) of Law Trusted Third Party Services (Pty) Ltd (“LAWtrust”). The transaction will become unconditional once the conditions precedent in the sale agreement have been fulfilled, amongst others the approval by the Competition Commission. 2.
