The JSE Limited has granted UBS approval for the amendment of the following
existing instruments of UBS Long/Short Certificates on PSG Group Limited
(Long) vs Capitec Bank Holdings Limited (Short).

The Calculation Agent has determined details and effective date of an
adjustment to the Short Shares ratio as per the following:

Old Short Shares ratio   =  0.027024

Old Issue Price (in ZAR) =  234.22

New Short Shares ratio   =  0.164716

New Issue Price (in ZAR) =  106.54

Effective date: 14 December 2017
